The current research aimed to present a proposed strategy to activate knowledge sharing among faculty members in Egyptian universities, by identifying the theoretical foundations of knowledge sharing in Egyptian universities and identifying the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment, then identifying opportunities and threats in the external environment, and then setting features The strategic plan, by presenting a number of alternative strategies, and comparing them to choose the most appropriate.

To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and also used one of the strategic planning methods, which is the environmental analysis method (SOWT).
