This research aims to reveal the meaning of fiqhh al waqie (reality fiqh) in the prophetic methodology theory of Abdessalam Yassin through two points: the theoretical aspect that states the theoretical origins of fiqh alwaqie concept, and the practical aspect through tracking the practical cases which professor Yassin built on fiqh alwaqie.

In conclusion, the research is based on: a concepts introduction in which I included studies of the main concepts of the paper, and two chapters: The theoretical and the practical basics of fiqh alwaqie .
