The research deals with the issue : (abortion of incest pregnancy - a comparative jurisprudence study), and presents it in the introduction, two studies, and a conclusion.

the introduction included the talk about: the mercy of Islam in the two worlds.

as for the first topic: the discussion included: abortion in terms of its reality and its types, with a statement showing the ruling of each type.

as for the second topic, we called it: abortion of a pregnant woman without legal marriage, whether his friend is satisfied or hated.

our study focused on presenting a phenomenon that affects the security and safety of society, by showing the creation of mercy in fetuses and mothers, and preserving the lives of each of them.

our study on the descriptive analytical method was adopted, by presenting the image of the issue, then going into its details; an end to the judgment then the study was concluded with the most important results suggested by the researcher.
