Abstract EN

This research, the idiom (Rihab) of Alaqsa Mosque and the other related vocabularies - Fiqh indications - consists of two fields.

The first field: is the definition of Alaqsa Mosque and explaining the meanings of Rihab and other related vocabularies.

The sec¬ond field is the Fiqh indications of the idiom “Rihab” of Alaqsa Mosque.

The researcher adapted the descriptive, the analytic and the historical methods.

One major conclusion of the research is that rejects by carrier evidences the claims of the Israeli occupation that the (Rihab) of Alaqsa Mosque is only yards and open areas belong to the occupation’s municipality.

And that it is not part of Alaqsa Mosque.

He also confirmed through the carrier evidences that Alaqsa Mosque is a right to Muslims only and not to any other religion.

Moreover' Jews are prohibited entering the (Rihab) except if permitted by Muslims and only for the interest and need estimated by the Muslims themselves.

The researcher brings up some recommendations' among them one that is addressed to All Muslims to liberate Alaqsa Mosque from the clutches of the brutal Israeli occupation.
