منهج ابن أطفيش في تفسيره تيسير التفسير : آيات الأحكام نموذجا

Abstract EN

This is a research is entitled: (The Approach of Ibn Atfish in His Interpretation of Tay- seer al-Tafsir - Judgment Verses as a Model).

The researcher was keen to illuminate the path followed by Ibn Atfish in his interpretation Tayseer al-Tafsir.

The researcher adopted the descriptive, analytical, and sometimes the deductive methodology.

This research is divided into an introduction and six Chapters.

The Introduction indicated the importance of the topic, research questions, previous studies, and research meth¬odology.

It also included an introduction of Ibn Atfish and his interpretation of Tay- seer al-Tafsir.

The Second Chapter tackled the general approach followed by Ibn Atfish in his interpretation of the Quranic verses.

The Third Chapter identified Ibn Atfish’s special approach interpreting verses of the Holy Quran.

However, the Fourth Chapter indicated his special approach interpreting the verses of judgments.

The Fifth Chapter, he warned of the most important reservations in the interpretation of Tayseer al-Tafsir, such as dependence on the Israelites, the digression, and the interpretation of the weak Hadiths and how he responded to the correct ones if they are inconsistent with his ap¬proach.

The researcher concluded with a Sixth Chapter where he indicated an applied model of Ibn Atfish's jurisprudence through the verses of the judgments, and an applied model of his methodology in faith to complement the benefit.

The research concluded to a number of findings and recommendations.
