Abstract EN

This research aims at defining the tracks/procedures of jurisprudential viewing from Al-Ghazali's perspective through inventorying and examining them in his books: “Shifa al-Ghalil” and “ Asas al-Qiyyas”.

This research has also attempted to disclose al-Ghazali's methodology in limiting these tracks of jurisprudential viewing in five ones, showing the justifications for that.

By studying these tracks, we can figure out their importance with regard to branches of jurisprudence, either through helping in interfering Islamic rulings or in weighting between them.

Furthermore it seeks to explain how these tracks of jurisprudence have accomplished a kind of cognitive and methodological integration between different schools of jurisprudence through applying them to different branches of jurisprudence in Maliki school.

In the end, this research has summed up the need for expanding research in these tracks by interfering other new ones on one hand and applying them to contemporary issues on the other hand.
