Abstract EN

The study aims at revealing the reality of the national identity of orphans with special circumstances, determining the best ways to consolidate the national identity of orphans with special circumstances in the light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

It seeks to develop a proposed conception for the consolidation of their national identity in the light of the Kingdom’s vision 2030.

The researcher uses the social survey method in a comprehensive inventory method for the study population consisting of (57) orphans with special circumstances in the city of Hail.

The most important conclusions of the study are as follows: the values of the national identity (political, social, aesthetic, economic, and religious) among the orphans with special circumstances are of high level.

There are also a number of appropriate ways to enhance the national identity of the orphans with special circumstances in the light of the Kingdom's vision 2030, such as means of inculcating national principles and values and strengthening national belonging, means of preserving the Kingdom's Islamic, Arab and national heritage, and means of taking care of the Arabic language.

Finally, the study attempts to come to a proposed ideation for consolidating the national identity of the orphans with special circumstances in the light of the Kingdom’s vision 2030.
