Abstract EN

This study aims to accomplish several purposes represented by knowing the communicative tools and methods used in social communication in Algeria, and also knowing the obstacle that hinders effective social communication ; thus, searching for mechanisms in order to activate this communication according to the survey method and a sample of twenty associations.

in the end, this study reached many results, and some of the most prominent were the lack of diversification of associations on the one hand of the tools and means of communication, the randomization of running communication and the authorities assigned to it, and the lack of dependance on scientific foundations and references.

in order to stimulate social communication in Algeria, a huge importance should be given to communication in associations ; moreover, specialists should have the right to manage communication sectors in this field in order to build communicative messages in accordance with scientific foundations and tools so that the ultimate purpose of social communication is achieved, and the latter is to modify and fix harmful behaviours in addition to limiting pests and social issues.
