Abstract EN

The paper research problem is described، Maritime naviga- tion is represented as International activity and concerning axis، there for 15 % from global trade، transport across the red sea.

In spite of more interment opportunities among basin sates، also some problems are faced the navigational traffic، So the main question is that، What is the appropriate knowledge of Maritime navigation concept in the red sea، enough to support basin states decision، in order to maintain safety of Maritime navigation and encourage security and economy projects، in the region.

The sci- entific methods.

The researcher is used both historical and descrip- tive methods The aims of the research are :Fir& : is to highlight Maritime navigation in the red sea from academic perspective.

Second : is to present a study of Maritime navigation in the red sea from where invemstents opportunities and threats، to increase the knowledge among decision takers in The Basin States.

Third : is to support the project of scientific encyclopedia for The Red navigation in the red sea.

Seconds :accelerate of establishment of three Search and Rescue Centre along sea line، two in western coast and one in eastem coat، in order to avoid accidents effect on maritime navigational traffic or on maritime environment by petroleum pollution and dangerous materials.

Third the importan- ce of expanding of Aids to Navigation along sea line especially at Dahalak islands and Alagaba gulf and maintain communication with international agencies through maritime authorities in order to obtain experience and modem technology for safety of naviga- tion Fourth : form a military coalition among The Basin States or at lea& among ArabianStates، so to estblish a joint naval force and deploy in naval bases along sea line to cooperate and coordi- nate and clear any threats o fmaritime of safety and security.
