The Arab countries have a great wealth of manuscripts, including among their papers important materials in various specializations.

However, the access to them has become either difficult or deserted, knowing that codicology and publishing texts have made the Arab countries achieve an unpreceded cultural progress, not even in the west.

So, what causes the decline in interest in the scientific heritage? What are the? difficulties facing who work on it? In addition, what alternatives help to change this situation?.
