يسعى البحث للإجابة عن جملة من الأسئلة تتعلق بأداء مجلة "أوقاف"، التي تصدرها الأمانة العامة للأوقاف بدولة الكويت، وتأثيرها في تطور الكتابات الوقفية، وفي النماذج العملية للمؤسسات ذات العلاقة.
ويحاول البحث التطرق بداية إلى القضايا المنهجية في معالجة هذه البحوث وأمثالها من حيث عدم الوقوف عند القواعد الفنية، والولوج في ظروف نشأة المجلة والأهداف التي أنشئت لأجلها.
ويركز الباحث على الربط بين مشروع المجلة ومشروعات التنسيق في مجال العمل الوقفي التي انطلقت سنة 1997 م، كما يقدم البحث تصورا لما أحدثته "أوقاف"، سواء في مجال الأدبيات الوقفية، أم في مجال العمل الوقفي ومؤسساته.
ويطرح البحث في القسم الأخير تصورا لمستقبل المجلة، من حيث أهمية مرورها لمرحلة نوعية جديدة تتسم بالاستفادة من التقنيات المعاصرة، لتتحول إلى منصة حول الوقف في العالم الإسلامي، وكذلك للدخول في شراكة استراتيجية مع التعليم العالي ومراكز البحوث.
Abstract EN
This study aims to examine the relationship of Waqf (endowment) with Maqassid (Purposes of the Sharia).
It clarifies also the contribution of the Awqaf magazine in developing the endowment's purposeful research, by studying the articles published in it.
this research deals with five sides of Maqassid of endowment, which are: The role of endowment in preserving Maqassid, the endowment's purposes itself, the donor’s intention and purposes, then the practice based on Maqassid of the fiqh of the endowment, and finally the consideration of Maqassid in contemporary endowment ijtihad.
The study then suggests objective approaches to renew the endowment, whether in its academic research or its practical investment.
