on this basis, a set of preventive measures is set to limit this phenomenon, especially with regard to sensitive cadres in the state, including the judiciary and customs sector, with the aim of improving the relationship between public agencies, and members of society, aiming to reduce the phenomenon of corruption and promote public services in the administration for the better and eliminate corruption, favoritism, bureaucracy, and bribery, which is achieved by applying the measures stipulated in the code of ethics and conduct of the judiciary and customs
