Over successive governments, Algeria seeks to find radical solutions to the economic dependence of incinerators by launching development programs and projects to reduce imports and increase the volume of exports.

it has been necessary to encourage and support domestic investments, particularly the establishment of small and start-ups and incubators, in view of the economic effects they have had on states' economies.

this trend has not achieved the desired objectives because there are several obstacles, including those related to the investment climate, particularly with regard to financing.

banks are the main pivotal of the financing process and retain a reservation over the financing of start-ups.

a new funding formula that is in line with the financial nature of start-ups (risk capital).
