this is clearly reflected in the constitutional amendment of 2020 that the decisions of the constitutional court are final and binding on all public authorities, or the partial abrogation thereof only here is the constitutional judge bound by nullifying the unconstitutional text and retaining other constitutional texts, as well as the mechanism of interpretative reservations and their purview of types, whether neutral, restrictive or even peremptory.
