تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القوانين و التشريعات في جذب الاستثمارات الخاصة في المنشآت الرياضية في الجزائر، و لهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج التحليلي في دراستنا هذه، حيت تم التوصل إلى أن العامل التشريعي له دور كبير في التشجيع على الاستثمار الخاص في المنشآت الرياضية.
Abstract EN
The study aims to identify the role of laws and legislation in attracting private investments in sports facilities in Algeria, and for this purpose we used the analytical method in our study, where it was concluded that the legislative factor has a major role in encouraging private investment in sports facilities.
