PMSCs have become an integral part of modern conflicts, since entities that arise in the form of commercial companies are aimed at making a profit in exchange for services in the military and security sphere of the conflicting parties requesting those services, this was clearly manifested in Africa, which is considered a fertile ground for the activities of these entities, given the unstable security situation, such, this is what happened in the Libyan crisis with the contract of the Russian company "Wagner" with one of the parties to the Libyan conflict, and this raised a problem in front of the norms of international law in general and the norms of international humanitarian law in particular, whether it was an intervention that the crisis situation in Libya is characterized by the nature of international legitimacy on the one hand, and on the other, how was the perspective of international humanitarian law for the employees of the private military company "Wagner".
