The use of new technologies in civil legal proceedings has indeed been presented for some time as a means of facilitating access to justice, improving the efficiency and functioning of the legal system, reducing legal costs, as well as boosting the services offered to the public the topic of the dematerialization of the procedure constitutes today a major concern for the legal institution, and that it is one of the keys of its modernization, which impact will legal modernism have on the occupation of judicial officer in this case on the legal notification by electronic way ?

L’usage des nouvelles technologies dans la procédure judiciaire civile est en effet présenté, depuis déjà un certain temps, comme un moyen de faciliter l’accès à la justice, d’améliorer l’efficacité et le fonctionnement du système judiciaire, de réduire les frais de justice, ainsi que de dynamiser les services offerts au public.
le thème de la dématérialisation de la procédure constitue aujourd’hui une préoccupation majeure pour l’institution judiciaire, et qu’il est une des clés de sa modernisation, quel impact aura le modernisme juridique sur la profession d’huissier de justice en l’occurrence sur la notification juridique par voie électronique ?
