Human trafficking was a phenomenon as old as history, and this phenomenon took different forms, different methods and practiced for different purposes.

the international community has recognized that the crime of human trafficking is not an individual problem that concerns only one state but the international community as a whole.

the international community has therefore taken the initiative to ensure measures which aim to fight against this crime through the necessity of international cooperation within international agree of combatingments to ward off the growing threat of this crime at the international level.
