After the adoption of participatory democracy in our country, which is considered a recent experience, a new stage began to promote the trend towards more organization, with the increasing role of the state in various sectors, it has become useful to involve others in administrative activity, especially at the local level, in a manner that enhances the governance of management, which is initially embodied through the legal framework in law no 11-10 related to the municipality, amended and supplemented, and then this approach was later adopted through its constitution under the constitutional amendment of 2016, and this was enshrined in the last constitutional amendment with a focus on encouraging it through the role of civil society, in this regard, a regulation was recently issued to frame the latter, to confirm with it the strong orientation towards this mechanism in our country.
