on the one hand, this pandemic has become one of the most important reasons affecting contractual obligations, which shows an impact on the principle of the contract, the sharia of the contractors, which is one of the established foundations in jurisprudence and law, and in agreement with the values of justice, and then the question arose about the extent of the impact of this pandemic on the implementation of contractual obligations and the extent to which they are force majeure or exceptional accident ?
