Human engineering is an important regard that should be taken into consideration in facilities, laboratories and other work places, because it provides important information deal with health and safety of worker as well as increasing productivity.

the current research aims to uncovering problems that the worker suffers from, due to non-observance of the requirements of human engineering and providing suitable solutions for it.

the research hypothesis that there are workers' physical problems due to incorrect working conditions.

the second chapter dealts with the explanation of the general company for leather industries, one of the formations of the ministry of industry and has a good reputation at the local and regional level, so it was appropriate to choose them as an environment for research work.

the researcher also has made several recommendations and proposals, the most important of it which are : 1- adoption of the proposed chair for use of the company's workers2- the other researchers conduct other studies dealing with human engineering in other establishments and laboratories.
