Abstract EN

The theatrical text book determines the rhythm of their characters drawn on paper according to a set of data they derive from the environment around them, in addition to other factors, including those related to intellectual maturity, awareness, and culture, and some of it has to do with social class.

naturally, the rhythm of the persona in the texts of the poetic theater in its high language and poetic image differs from the rhythm of the persona that simulates what is realistic in the texts of the prose theater.

from this point of view, the researchers chose to study (the rhythm of the persona in the poetic theatrical text) due to the lack of studies that dealt with poetic plays compared to the studies that were concerned with prose theatre (Ibn al-Ali) is a model in its first methodological chapter.

in addition to the inclusion for linguistic, idiomatic, and procedural definitions of the concepts (rhythm and personality) as keywords.

as for the second chapter, a brief historical overview of the texts of poetic theater in the Arab world, where the first topic, with its three axes, was presented with (the concept of the rhythm of personality philosophically, psychologically, and psychologically).

and the second topic came to study (the rhythm of personality in the international and Arab theatrical text).

as for the third chapter (the author procedures), the authors took an analytical sample from the theatrical script for (Ibn al-Ali) for the types of characters and their references.

and since the indicators, the theoretical framework, and the play’s manuscript are a tool for them in analyzing the sample according to the descriptive-analytical method.

in the fourth and final chapter, eight results of the research sample have been discussed in detail, where their results have been followed by three conclusions, and this study ends with references to the current work and its sources .
