The topic studies employee satisfaction for teaching staff members in the Sudanese Universities.
Employee satisfaction is a personal concern ،It involves privileges of salaries، promotion and working conditions.
The aim of the study focuses on living conditions of the teaching staff members ، and the relation of the that with the standards of employee satisfaction، The methodology which is used is the descriptive methodology ،the researcher has used the survey as a methodological tool ،The literature review explains the concepts of the employee satisfaction and the role of The ministry of higher education in achieving employee satisfaction، The researcher has chosen random samples of universities professors in Khartoum state to ensure his thesis، The main found result is that most of faculty members are not satisfied.
The researcher recommended focusing on employee satisfaction، otherwise، flow of the professors would continue to emigrate abroad، they should be given training courses for new staff، and they should have awarded a good environment learning Centre.
