The educational computer is considered one of the most advanced and modern educational media, as it is the result of amazing scientific and technological developments, which has earned it many qualifications and advantages that made educators rely on in the various countries that have bet on developing their education and upgrading it, as it enables the presentation of academic content in any form.

Attractive, as it enables the display of a fixed or moving image with the possibility of adding color and sound to it, in addition to the many advantages and characteristics, unlike other traditional educational means.

From this standpoint, the research tries to identify the place of the educational computer in the educational act from the point of view of Algerian primary school teachers, as it is one of the modern digital educational media.
