the defect by rejection is one of the most important rejections; because it is of all kinds like looking at the measurement in detail.

each type of prohibition is refuted by one of the premises of the evidence, and the inferred must prove it.

in the research, i dealt with the definition of the slanderer of prevention, its four types, are they considered slanderers, and mentioned practical examples of the types of slanderers of prevention and their impact on the choices of jurists.

it has reached important results, including : 1.

the best of those who arranged these types in a logical order is ibn qudamah in his book rawdat al-nazir, because it is appropriate to the natural arrangement, so he presents from the objections what is related to the principle of preventing its rule or being what cannot be measured, or not with a reason and others, then after it the reason because it is deduced from it, so it is a branch of it prevents its existence in the original, or that it is not transitive, apparent or disciplined, then after what is related to the branch because it is based on them.

after looking and perusal of the fundamentalist doctrines and their evidence, it became clear to me that the detractor of the four types of prohibition is considered to be a strong argument and heard from the objector.

that the inferred is not interrupted by mere objection, and that it is possible to answer it by any of the paths of the cause, whether it is intelligible or rational.
