Abstract EN

This research throws light on the role of the Judiyya in Darfur and Galad in eastern Sudan, which was considered as asocial institutions that participate in resolving conflicts that happened between individuals and different tribes from time to time.

It was also considered as an effective tool that resolve the conflicts through implementing the traditional clues that found great respect from the individuals and the community.

The research concentrates on the solutions introduced by the traditional institutions which was known as Judiyya and Galad , that contribute in strengthening the social chain, and the concept of peaceful surviving plus the acceptance of others in various parts of the Sudan.
