Abstract EN

This study is concerned with discovering the professional tendencies of students of Islamic sciences .We have used the descriptive approach in this exploratory study, and the Holland Professional Orientation Scale was applied to a sample of (60) male and female students.

The results of the study resulted in the following: The results were as follows: the professional environments most chosen by students of Islamic sciences are ranked in descending order as follows, so that the social environment comes in the first place with an arithmetic mean estimated at 25.76 and a standard deviation equal to 2.59.

2.94, and in the third place comes the real environment, with its arithmetic mean estimated at 20.76 and its standard deviation at 2.95, and in the fourth place comes the adventurous environment, which has an arithmetic mean of 18.11 and standard deviation of 2.41, and in the fifth place comes the mental environment, with an arithmetic mean estimated at 18.40 The standard deviation is 2.73.

And in the last rank, we find the technical environment with an arithmetic mean estimated at 17.51 and a standard deviation of 2.53 .
