the concept of tourism is broadening, it is no longer just a recreational activity, but rather an independent industry that plays an important role in economic development.

for this reason, tourism occupies an important place in the economic policy of many countries, whether developed or developing, this is due to the positive effects of tourism on the economies of the countries, because it is one of the most dynamic industries in the world.

as a productive sector, it plays an important role in increasing national income and improving the balance of payments, provides jobs and investments.

due to its complex nature, tourism combines and complements other sectors, making it an economic activity par excellence.

through this paper, we will try to approach tourism as inexhaustible oil by defining it and determining its components.
