Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic management on the sustainability of Jordanian private hospitals through total quality management, the sampling unit consisted of (general manager, department head, and supervisor/observer), and 245 questionnaires distributed, 227 were recovered, and depending on statistical analysis program SPSS and PLS smart, results showed a statistically significant impact of strategic management in its dimensions (formulation of strategy).

the implementation of the strategy, control and evaluation) in sustainability in its dimensions (social, economic, environmental), the absence of a statistically significant impact of the environmental survey on sustainability of Jordanian private hospitals.

and presence of an insignificant impact of strategic management in its dimensions in total quality management, and presence of an impact of total quality management on sustainability, and presence of partial mediation of total quality management between strategic management and sustainability.

based on the results of the study, several recommendations including: increasing attention to environmental survey when preparing strategies and focusing on analyzing the factors of the internal and external environments, also increasing attention to total quality management in defining hospital strategies and consideration the stages of the strategy.
