This study aimed to reveal reality of management practices of education leaders in the education provinces in the Western region of Saudi Arabia and its role in improving organizational performance from the workers prospective, where it is not possible to conceal the influence of leaders on working positively or negatively and the important effect of the role played on the performance of employees.

The study sample was formed of administrative staff in the province of Education in the Western Region (Makkah- Taiff- Juddah), their number was (165) administrative workers a tool of (28) paragraphs was used for collecting the data to achieve the objectives of the study.

The first paragraph focused on measuring the administrative practices of role of these practices in improving organizational performance.

The research concluded with the following results: * The administrative practices came in high degrees in all fields and the performance in general except the field of performance evaluates which was moderate in practice.

* The role of administrative practices in improving the organizational performance inside the administrative units came high in degree in all fields and in performance in general as it took the field of organizational effectiveness “the first rank”.

*There is a positive co-relation between administrative practices and the improving standard of organizational performance and this is in all fields of the study and the performance as a whole.

The most important recommendations of the research are: There should be training courses and workshops for the employers (knowledge and skills) to build a knowledge base to deal with different administrative work to develop their administrative efficiency and to be equated with the new styles in administrative practices field and cooping new development in administrative practices field especially in the field evaluating the employees performance.

The educational leaders should give more attention and special care for workers and to feel their needs and desires to achieve the possible and satisfy them and to show the aims and visions to achieve and try them participate in putting and specifying them.
