That works to deliver the drug programmed way to the circulation syftem to improve the therapeu- in a tic efficacy, in addition to improving the patient compliance, in a manner consiftent with the biological clock syftem of the body in specific diseases, especially in the treatment of angina and preventing myocardial infraction.

In this ftudy, Pulsatile tablets of Diltiazem were prepared, using different coating methods, then applied all necessary tefts to them, the optimal formula had been prepared by direct compression with press-coating method
