Abstract EN

In this research, a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RPHPLC) analytical method has been developed and validated for the determination of Clopidogrel, Atorvas-tatin, and Fosinopril mixture in pure forms and pharmaceutical preparations.

Analysis was conducted on a C18- column with mobile phase consifting of acetonitrile: methanol: buffer of triethanolamine & orthophsphoric acid in ratios 50:25:25, respectively, and flow rate 1.5 ml/ min.

An Ultraviolet detector was set at wavelength of 215nm for Fosinopril, and 245nm for Atorvaftatin and Clopidogrel.

The method was successfully validated in accordance to ICH guidelines acceptance criteria and all the validation parameters were within the acceptance range.

Results were linear in the range of 45-315 ^g/ml for Clopidogrel and 6-42 ^g/ml for Ator-vaftatin, and 6-42 ^g/ml for Fosinopril.

The correlation coefficients were R=0.9999, R=0.9998, R=0.9996 for Atorvaftatin, Clopidogrel and Fosinopril, respectively.

This method was characterized by accuracy, precision, and rapid analysis (less than 10 mins).
