Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet, our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.

As for what follows: the lack of moderation in spending and poor management of living is a problem that needs treatment from various aspects, especially from the legal aspect.

And concludes by highlighting the implications of the application
This great worship and the important economic principle in general, and highlights in particular the role of rationalizing spending in achieving the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2030).

And that the Islamic economic system is characterized by its completeness and comprehensiveness, and in working with its provisions and directives, it achieves stability in all its forms for the individual and society.

Among the reasons that prevent rationalization in spending are: failure to take into account spending priorities, spending motivated by imitation of others, spending with the intent of bragging, and lack of balance between
income and spending.

Among the fruits of rationalization of spending: achieving self-sufficiency, the ability to face crises, and the optimal direction of production and investments.

Rationalizing spending is one of the most important reasons for achieving the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2030).
