Summary:
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 represents an ambitious methodological vision that looks forward to the future with its multiple leading axes.

One of the main axes of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 was the voluntary leadership of the community; Developing the role of the voluntary third sector, as well as supporting the youth axis by providing financing, sponsorship and encouragement for small and micro projects, and developing the role of the private sector as one of the pillars of Vision 2030.

In light of this, comes this study, which deals with one of the most important components of volunteer work, namely: endowments and the possibility of employing the Islamic endowment system in providing non-profit financing to achieve support for small enterprises in accordance with the axes of Vision 2030.

The study dealt with the methods and methods of endowment financing from the legal and economic point of view, and discussed the endowment issues related to financing from the legal and legal point of view.

The study concluded with the important role of the endowment in development, and the possibility of employing it as a community financing tool in support of the efforts of the state and commercial financing institutions.

The study directed that endowment work and charitable financing should not be limited to the method of financing through donations and good loans.

This leads to obstacles to the developmental role of the third sector; Therefore, the study proposed an economic model that achieves integration between donations and compensation contracts, and is based on the foundations of Islamic finance represented in charitable participation.

By developing an endowment model that adopts an economic development method that transcends the traditional role of endowments based on donations and grants, and is in line with endowment jurisprudence and regulations.
