Abstract EN

The focus of the research is on the features of Al-Imam Al- Mawrdy's jurisprudential methodology which means: the visible and the repeated features in various issues of his fiqh (jurisprudential issues he had a position from) that he had made it as a methodology adopted by him in his jurisprudential research and are considered as the basis of his Islamic jurisprudential rulings.

The purpose of the research: the personal benefit I seek from these jurist Imam's methodological features, and then highlighting them in order to spread the benefit of, with whoever wants to.

The research's methodology: I followed the analytical method by which i studied the Imam's words and interpreted his quotations and then derived the features of his jurisprudential methodology out and organized them according to the research proposal's order.

The most important research findings: combining the methodological features (of the Imam) in three groups which included forty seven features.

The research recommendations: to benefit more from Al-Hawy book in enhancing the jurisprudential skillset of dealing with issues.
