The Research Seeks to Study the motives of the Turkish orientation towards Africa since, the arrival of the justice and development party to power in 2002 until the year 2014 by studying the importance of the location of the African continent in the Turkish, strategy and the means that Turkey has followed to achieve distinct regional position, as Turkey has worded to increase the volume of its diplomatic, political economic and cultural interactions with the countries of the African cotinentinent, in addition to knowing the most important challenges facing the Turkish expansion towards Africa in light of the frantic competition for in fluence in Africa.
