English Abstract

Abstract: The transition from the traditional economy to the digital economy will achieve many positive results in most countries of the world, including the UAE, and the extent of its success in using the digital economy.

The research aims to identify that the United Arab Emirates is a pioneer in the digital economy in the Arab world, where the research is based on the hypothesis that it has achieved unprecedented successes at the regional and global levels in employing technology to serve economic development and on the hypothesis that it is the first in providing electronic services in the digital economy In the production and presentation of digital information and strategies, it has become the first model in the Arab digital economy.
