English Abstract

The rapid developments that occurred in recent years in the fields of computer technologies, multimedia,لا the Internet and their integration led to the emergence of what is called today “information and communication technology” very quickly.

The impact of this technology has also appeared clearly in all areas of life, due to the fact that its use led to the discovery of the possibilities of And new capabilities that did not exist before and have led to the emergence of a new learning environment in which the role of the teacher and student has changed.

One of the effects of this technology is that it led, on the one hand, to a change in the patterns of access to, obtaining and disseminating knowledge, and this may lead the professor to reconsider the totality of strategies for business and activities that he used to carry out and control, whether at the level of access to information or On the other hand, it has imposed on the teacher, in order to be qualified and effective in performing his work in this new educational environment, to acquire a wide range of technical skills that qualify him to use it.

This research aims to study the use of information technology in education, and analyze some skills.

The new technology that is required to be acquired by higher education professors to enable him to employ this technology in his pedagogical or research activity.
