This study aims to highlight on the necessary requirements to achieve financial inclusion in Algeria because of its importance in expanding the circle of users of financial services, by focusing on digital transformation as one of the solutions in enhancing the degree of financial inclusion and achieving its goals of universal access to digital financial services digital financial services.

The study concluded that the activation of mechanisms for digital financial transformation has an impact on enhancing the dimensions of financial inclusion through penetration, access and use, with many advantages, the most important of which is to reduce the financial cost of providers of financial and non-financial products and services, and to provide financial services that are fast and secure, as well as improve the quality of services provided to customers and citizens.
