English Abstract

There is no doubt that it is not possible to maximize the benefit from the digital economy without going through the spread of financial education in various institutions and the ability to contain and include all individuals to access financial services and products, including electronic banking services, as the importance of enhancing levels of financial literacy and access to financial services will be reflected positively.

On the degree of development, depth and stability of the financial and banking sector on the one hand, and on enhancing the prospects for economic growth and advancing development on the other hand.

Therefore, spreading financial education and providing access to formal financial services such as bank accounts and electronic payments to all segments of society, especially groups excluded or not benefiting from financial and banking services in the formal financial system system, receive remarkable attention from financial and banking institutions in both developed and developing countries.
