English Abstract

This study aims to know the nature of the relationship that links the implicit knowledge of electronic management with the functions of electronic management in the social security funds in the wilaya of Adrar in Algeria from the viewpoint of the workers in order to improve the cost-effectiveness of work and performance and provide the best services, The study reached acceptance of the hypothesis that there are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the study sample individuals regarding the dimensions of implicit knowledge attributable to personal variables, as the value of the t_stat was 1.063.

As for the hypothesis of applying electronic management methods, which are attributed to personal variables, it was accepted where the t_stat reached 1.17 with a probability of 0.88, which is greater than the critical value of the normal distribution 0.05.

The hypothesis that states that there is a statistical indication of the skill dimension of activating electronic management in social solidarity funds was also accepted, as the tendency parameter was positive 0.80.

The study recommended the necessity of identifying employee practices and electronically defining the specializations entrusted to them and the employee's use of electronic communication processes to reduce the impact of personal relationships in completing their transactions.
