The current research aims to try to reach the most prominent proposals to achieve the principals of the schools of the first stage of basic education for organizational justice.
The first of basic education in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research ended with the formulation of a set of proposals to achieve organizational justice for school principals of the first stage of basic education, most notably: granting teachers their rights to vacations, delegating part of his powers to his assistants, applying methods of reward and punishment with justice, distributing incentives to teachers with justice.
Assigning teachers to functional tasks that are compatible with their abilities, equitable participation of teachers in the various committees, creating fair opportunities for teachers for promotion, fair application of all administrative decisions taken on all teachers, encouraging personal initiatives of teachers, honoring outstanding teachers constantly, spreading the spirit of cooperation and teamwork among teachers.
Teachers, participation of all teachers in their social events without favoritism, caring for teachers personally, especially in Social side.
