Tuğrulbek, one of the commanders of the Turkish soldiers, is considered the founder of the Seljuk dynasty.

In 429 AH/1037 AD he captured the city of Marw and sermoned on its pulpit.

He is called the King of Kings.

In 432 AH/1040 AD, he seized Nishapur, Gorgan, Tabaristan, Kerman, and the land of the Daylam.

of Ramadan year 447 AH / 1055 AD, he entered Baghdad with the vizier, the dean of King Abu Nasr Muhammad ibn Mansour al-Alexandri, the first minister of the Seljuks.

Tughrulbek continued many conquests until he died at the age of seventy on the eighth of the blessed month of Ramadan in 455 AH/1063 AD.

In this paper which adopts the analytical approach, the Seljuk dinar that struck Deraur is studied and published for the first time in terms of the general shape, inscriptions, and decorations inscribed on it.

The Dinar is preserved in the collection of Mr.

Mohammed Al-Jaber in the State of Qatar.

It is a new addition to the Seljuk coins in particular and Islamic Numismatics in general.
