اعتنى الفقهاء والأصوليون بالتخريج الفقهي عناية خاصة، وكان من مظاهر هذا الاعتناء وضع أحكام للتخريج حول مشروعيته، وحكم الإفتاء به، وحكم نسبة القول المخرج إلى إمام المذهب، كما أنهم عنوا بوضع أحكام لأنواع التخريج-أيضا، وهذا البحث يقدم شطرا من هذا؛ إذ إن المخرج لا يستقيم له التخريج إلا بمعرفة أحكامه.
Abstract EN
Faqihs and the fundamentalists show a great concern for jurisprudential deduction.
establishing disciplines jurisprudential deduction about its legality, advisory opinion "fatwa" and the attribution of deducere’s saying to the imam of doctrine.
they also concerned by putting rules regarding the types of deduction.
this research introduces a part of the previous objects where deduce hasn’t the ability to deduce without knowing its rules.
