Acts of intimidation have increased, and their manifestations have evolved, especially in Egyptian society, leading the legislature to confront them judicially and security.

Therefore, the research aims to demonstrate how the community is protected against such acts, which require clarification of what they are, distinguishing them from similar crimes, and how they are confronted.

This highlights the importance of studying such crimes, as they are dangerous to society.

Thus, the research raises the question of how to protect the community from the threat of intimidation acts.

This research is based on the "analytical approach" so that intimidation crimes are clarified and distinguished from other acts of violence.

The research takes place within the scope of a particular area, "Egyptian society," and within a specific objective scope, namely, the study of intimidation crimes and how to confront them in the security and judicial sphere.

In this research, we have found that protection plays a dual role, protecting the person against delinquency factors and protecting society simultaneously.

The effects of such acts are the interest in protection and the legal basis of the offense.

And because of that, the police and the judicial played an essential role in protecting against those risks.

We ended up with several recommendations, represented in the importance of legal handling of persons of criminal gravity even before the crime occurs so that persons of criminal gravity are in social institutions that treat such circumstances.

In addition to the need to codify hidden camera programs for their intimidation acts, such acts should be punished.

Finally, criminal gravity should be explicitly stated since many places in the legal texts applied the notion of criminal gravity in practice.
