In this research, I defined (intellectual intolerance) as a language and terminology, and explained its types, and explained that the phenomenon of intellectual intolerance did not arise by chance, but was due to a variety of reasons and factors, such as the absence of jurisprudence of disagreement and the etiquette of dialogue, the reverence and followers of human beings without proper evidence, the unknowing issuing of the fatwa, abnormal socialization and other reasons leading to the creation of reprehensible intellectual intolerance.

the phenomenon of intellectual intolerance had devastating effects that led to division and difference, which Islam had warned us the most, and led to a lack of religion, confiscation of the jurisprudence of others in matters of jurisprudence, overriding legitimate boundaries in dealing with the offender, diminishing others, underestimating them and being too heavy to deal with them, instilling hatred, hatred, sedition within societies and placing them in civil wars, sectarian, sectarian, partisan, tribal and internal conflicts.

it also showed that Islam came to fight all forms of intolerance and closure, she explained that Islam, through its high human principles, established provisions and rules for dealing with people and acquaintances, based on justice and equal rights and duties, acceptance of the other, respect for the rights of the Muslim over his Muslim brother, and even human rights over his fellow human being, the manners of disagreement in Islam, humility, acceptance of the right, compassion and fraternity, rejection of division and difference, and the advice among Muslims to renounce nervousness, all of which are strong morals supported by the Qur'anic verses and prophetic hadiths, and urged.
