Abstract EN

The administration issues various decisions against employees and others, and these decisions may affect the employee’s financial and administrative status, especially if they are disciplinary decisions.

Grievance is the resort of the concerned person to the administration to complain about an administrative decision he thinks is defective, and aims to cancel, withdraw or amend it.

In man-made laws, the legislation defines the subject of this study, the types of grievance, its conditions and results, as well as those who have the right to resort to it, to whom the grievance is addressed, and the consequences of submitting it.

Islamic jurisprudence, however, defined the guardianship of grievances since the era of the Messenger Muhammad (blessings and peace be upon him), passing through the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs and those who followed them.
