Abstract EN

This research deals with emergency conditions that may arise in e-commerce contracts.

It starts by defining the concept of emergency conditions and the definition of e-commerce contracts.

Then, it explores some examples and aspects of the emergency conditions on e-commerce with a view to linking to the concepts that previous jurists discussed.

It offers jurisprudential solutions to such issues, while emphasizing the circumstances that mostly influence the client and the merchant via contemporary electronic platforms which allow the aggrieved party to rescind the contract.

The research is based on the most important sources and authentic jurisprudence references.

It is also based on some scientific researches that are relevant to the research topic.
