Sharia’s language is Arabic, and only those who master this language can figure it out.

This research is meant to attend to an important linguistic foundational principle, which is the Arabs’ familiar standard.

In other words, it tackles the meanings and customs the Arabs knew at the time of the revelation.

The researcher defined this foundational principle, showed its value, and studied the entire hadith of the Prophet.

It also showed the effect of applying this principle in examining and reflecting on the lessons of the Prophet’s tradition.

The most important results this research came to is the validity of the jurisprudence of the hadith in light of this principle.
