This research aims to study the rule above , a study of theoretical theory in terms of explaining the words, and the definition of their meanings, and mentioning their formulas.This research also deals with the clarification and statement of the authenticity of the rule and its exclusions, importance and its relationship to other rules, and the purposes of the Sharia.

The importance of this research is shown by its relevance to benefits, since they are the most obvious purpose of funds, not objects intended for themselves but rather for the benefits obtained from them.

One of the most important findings reached during the research is that the most correct statements of the scholars in regards to benefits is that they are valued funds on which the elders are judged, and therefore the rule of "Benefits have the same ruling as the origin" a considerable rule can be applied to many branches, and many issues.
